A lot of people ask me "What can hypnosis help with?"
Hypnosis can help with anything that starts with a thought in your mind.
We can't help you heal a broken leg. We can't help you cure a disease, but we can help you to feel better about yourself especially if you've ever found yourself thinking I'm just not good enough, or i can't do this.
That internal feeling that you've had and perhaps you've had it for a long time, is a feeling that CAN shift and change.
You probably notice how you react to your thoughts.
When you change those thoughts you can react differently. It’s as simple (and as complex as that.)
Hypnosis can help you increase your confidence.
Hypnosis can help you overcome fears.
For example, fear and nervousness about speaking in public.
Hypnosis can help you perform better - whether you are on stage, in a race, on the field, or in a game.
Many of the athletes I help have been injured in the past.
Those athletes are powerful and strong and use all their willpower to stay in the game after an injury. But that nagging feeling "what if I get hurt again"? can seriously affect performance. When it’s time to get back to the sport, they tend to hold themselves back.
Athletes come for hypnosis to help them play at 100%, rather than hold themselves back for fear of a reinjure.
Hypnosis can also help you create new habits and overcome bad habits. When you speak to a hypnotist ask her, what can you help me with?
Let her know honestly what issues you're having problems with.
If it's something she can help with, she’ll let you know.
If it's something she can't help with She’ll let you know that too.
